40 of My All Time Best Beginner Recipes for Veganuary


I’ve included a selection of breakfasts, lunch, dinners and desserts so that you’re covered. From tasty risotto dishes to comforting classics like Mac & Cheese. You won’t find any bland or boring recipes here, just comforting, filling dishes full of flavour.

The key to Veganuary is planning. Work out what you’re going to cook. Put together a meal plan. Write a shopping list. And if you’re eating out do your research first.
