Pumpkin Hummus
ingredients
(Optional) 1 medium pumpkin for serving
1 1/2 cups (~350ml) of pumpkin puree*
2 garlic cloves
1 tin chickpeas
1 tbsp tahini
Juice of 1/2 lemon
1/2 tsp cumin
1/2 tsp paprika
2-3 tbsp olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste

(Optional for serving) Slice the top of a pumpkin approx 2/3 way up, creating a lid to your pumpkin. Remove and scrape out insides of pumpkin. This will act as the container to serve your hummus in if hosting a party. Feel free to skip this step and serve in a normal bowl.
Blend ingredients in a food processor.
Taste and adjust seasoning to taste.
Dish into serving pumpkin and enjoy with crisps and crudités for the ideal Halloween party dip.
