3 Ingredient Vegan Meals Under £1.50 ($2)

Sometimes you haven't got the time, or you just can't be bothered to cook. These 5 recipes contain just 3 ingredients, making them super easy for those of us who are feeling lazy. 

They also all come in at under £1.50 ($2), making them ideal for students or those on a budget. I mean, who doesn't love a meal that requires little thought, ingredients, or cost?  

Veganism doesn't have to be complicated or expensive, and these recipes prove it!

1. HUMMUS PASTA

Hummus + pasta = heaven. And you technically only need 2 ingredients to create this amazing combination. 

2. CHEAT'S CHILLI

Now this is less of a recipe, more of an idea/hack I wanted to share. Most supermarkets sell spicy mixed beans already made in a tin that are a great sub for chilli, if you just cba. 

3. ROASTED BUTTERNUT SQUASH SOUP

Super sweet, easy to make, and comforting. Plus there's a hack on how to cut the faff when it comes to peeling and chopping your squash. 

4. OVEN-ROASTED CHIPS (WITH AVOCADO & LETTUCE)

Chips and dips have been a classic in my diet since I went vegan. They're so easy to make, really delicious (who doesn't love chips) and take no thought or effort to make. I also share my favourite way of enjoying them.

5. VEGAN CHEESE PIZZA

Vegans can certainly enjoy pizza too, and you don't have to miss out on the cheese! This pizza features my favourite vegan cheese to mimic that margherita taste.
