Vegan Protein Cookies are delicious bites of plant based protein to be enjoyed as a filling snack

What you need

  • oats
  • maple syrup
  • peanut butter
  • protein powder (I used MyVegan protein powder*)
  • cinnamon
  • milk
  • chocolate

How to make vegan protein cookies

Preheat your oven to 180C (350F).

Add all of the ingredients, except the chocolate, into a food processor and blend until it comes together to form a dough.

Chop up the chocolate into small chunks.

Combine the dough with the chocolate and form 6 cookies.

Add the vegan protein cookies to a lined baking tray and bake in the oven for 12-15 minutes.

Leave to cool (if you’re disciplined enough!), and enjoy with a cup of tea 🙂

I just tried the batter, and OH MY GOSH! I am obsessed with these, I just put them in the oven. Instead of using vanilla vivolife I used the salted maca caramel, and I left out the choco chips. I will definitely be making these again for school!!!

Hi Madeleine! Firstly, I just wanted to say that I have loved and followed your recipes/ videos for years. Thank you for doing this and making all these resources for free! ❤
With this recipe, I don’t have a scoop with my protein powder. Could you recommend a measure that would be appropriate please?
    Thank you again 🥰

Hey, I think 25-30g of your protein powder is enough 🙂
