Ideal as a protein packed pick me up, enjoy these Vegan Protein Bars throughout the day!

What you need

  • oats
  • maple syrup
  • peanut butter

  • cinnamon
  • milk
  • chocolate

How to make vegan protein bars

Add all of the ingredients, except the chocolate, into a food processor and blend until it comes together to form a dough.

Chop up the chocolate into small chunks.

Combine the dough with the chocolate and press into a lined baking tray and freeze overnight.

Remove from tray and slice into 6 yummy vegan protein bars.

I am an ambassador for My Vegan and you can get 35% off your order with the code “MADELEINE” here.

See my cookie recipe for an alternative way of using these ingredients!

Store in an airtight container in the fridge.

You could also roll the dough into little energy balls (just make sure to refrigerate the dough before rolling to make it easier).

Really easy to make although it was a test for my antiquated blender. Texture came out a bit on the softer side but flavours good. I want to try this again but with sugar free syrup.
