I made this tonight – it was great! Super easy to make and a fun alternative to the BLT.
Also, just wanted to say — I’ve been watching a ton of your youtube videos for the past few months, and the more that I watch, the more that I just love you and Edward. I’m new to the idea of veganism, so your vids have been super helpful. But what I really, really appreciate is that you try to buy products with less packaging and that you are trying to do your part to care for the earth, but you’re not so gung ho about it that it feels unrealistic for the rest of us. I think you have an amazing smile, I love your honesty and simplicity, your recipes are golden, and I can’t wait to continue watching your videos. Thanks for all the inspiration, and keep doing what you’re doing!
